Job Description
After every performance there will be a post-show dialogue and sharing circle with the audience. We are seeking a Post-show Facilitator to lead these discussions and ensure they are as safe, respectful, and meaningful as possible.
Because of the interactive nature of the play, the content of the story may be different each performance. So that means the Post-show Facilitator would attend all performances of the play to gauge audience demographics, voting-habits, and the tone and plot of that particular performance, in order to facilitate the post-show dialogue accordingly.
